How many matches are played?

Warzone Kill Race Explained

A Warzone kill race is a tournament format where the priority is racking up eliminations rather than surviving for placement. On DropZone, kill race tournaments score kills only — placement points are not counted — so the team with the most kills across the match window wins.

Kill races are fast, aggressive and great for players who thrive in fights. Each team drops into a real Warzone lobby, plays within the tournament's time window, and submits photo proof of their final scoreboard showing kills and placement.

Because only kills count, strategy shifts toward high-traffic drops and sustained gunfights rather than rotating late and hiding. It is one of the most exciting Warzone formats to play and to follow on the live leaderboard.
